Unlike most of the past generations, the Chaos/Order Pokédex is full of in-depth, comprehensive entries detailing Pokémon biologies, habitats, history, et cetera. The region is sure to offer a rich variety of Pokémon, both new and old. It contains six Wild Areas and multiple cities the region is so big, in fact, that it has 18 gyms and 30 routes.

Conflagration and Hurricane bypass the accuracy check.Duration is increased by holding the Eroded Rock.Flying-type attacks have their damage multiplied by 1.3x.Castform turns into its Wind form, which is Flying type.Sun-based moves such as Synthesis and Solar Blade outright fail to work.Duration is increased by holding the Ionic Rock.Both Water and Electric-type attacks have their damage multiplied by 1.5x, although unlike Rain, there is no debuff to Fire.Castform turns into its Lightning form, which is Electric type.A bonus will be given if the player defeats the gauntlet with less Pokémon. They cannot switch out in between opponents, and the player can use items such as Potions, but cannot revive fainted Pokémon or use Poké Balls. mechanic similarly returns, allowing for easy EV training, Hidden Ability hunting, et cetera.Ī new form of battling, the player can use their full party as they get attacked, one after the other, by up to ten opposing Pokémon. Last seen in Gen VI, Triple, Rotation, and Horde battles also make their return after two generations.
Mega Evolution, Z-Moves, and the Dynamax factor all return, each playing an important role in the plot of the game. Multiple features from past generations make a return.
